Please use this form to complete the registration for your full team. If you do not know the names of all team members at this time, you may list as TBD. Once you complete your registration, you will receive an email confirmation for your team. (All team members should be finalized by February 29, 2025.)

Each GNCC Arena Club is guaranteed at least one team if registered by January 31, 2025 and one of the first 32 clubs to register. Multiple teams from each club will be accepted if space is available. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. to identify the order of their registering teams, noting that only one team from each club will be guaranteed a spot (up to 32 total teams).

Additional teams from each club will reserve their position on the waitlist to fill available spots on February 1st.

We will contact you after January 31st to let you know if your team will play in the Championship.
